Guangxi Liyuan Hotel

Location: Guangxi

Liyuan Hotel has a total construction area of 65,000 square meters, consisting of three guestrooms, with three floors underground and five to seven floors above ground. As a supporting building of Liyuan Villa International Conference Center, the project is intended to be built into a high-grade multi-functional hotel.

LSA highlights the architectural features of this project. Based on the limited installation locations allowed by the building, it meets the lighting design requirements, and achieves the most effective effect (illumination, density and uniformity) with the least number of lamps. It selects energy-saving and efficient lamps that meet the technical requirements, and comprehensively considers the function, efficiency and cost

Hengqin Huace COB interior Design Project

Project location: Zhuhai

Huace international building is located in the central business core area of hengqin crosmen. The building adopts double tower design, and the exterior wall adopts advanced night light and shadow design.

Covering an area of about 14,310 square meters, the project will become an intelligent office complex integrating office, conference, exhibition, research and development and commerce. LSA mainly conducts interior lighting design for office lobby, walkway, elevator hall, bridge compartment, toilet, standard floor and exhibition hall, etc.

SunLan WaiGaoQiao

Location: Shanghai

Located in Waigaoqiao, the Senlan International Project is a complex of commercial, entertainment, residential, hotel, office and cultural facilities.

Floodlight design in the project, we will be building facade, drainage and landscape elements such as roof garden, and by the technique of expression of lamplight coordination fusion together, and according to the theme of architectural design and the corresponding building's function, targeted to provide the distinctive flood lighting, build good night lighting atmosphere, at present the whole plot project is not yet complete, One of the plots has been completed and used.

Shanghai Pudong International Airport Satellite Office and T2 MRT

Location: Shanghai

LSA Consulting Company's Phase III Extension Project for Shanghai Pudong International Airport includes Satellite Hall (indoor public area lighting), T1 MRT Station (indoor public
area lighting).Area lighting, T2 MRT station (indoor public area and elevation floodlight), VIP building (indoor public area and elevation floodlight) lighting design.

HongKong-ZhuHai-Macao Bridge Project-ZhuHai

Artificial reclamation area of the project: 208.87 hectares

The project is located on the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao artificial island near Zhuhai side of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. The total reclamation area of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao artificial islands is 208.87 hectares.

Lighting design theme from the architectural shape of the ship, extended to the night scene outdoor lighting scheme. Namely, the night image of the building is like a ship on the sea, or like a seagull. The lighting is presented in three different levels: Level 1 takes the traffic center and the Zhuhai-Hong Kong Port Inspection Building as the main floodlight key areas; Level 2 is the Zhuhai-Macao Tourist Inspection Building and Traffic Corridor. Level 3 is the viaduct on both sides and the venue and office building.

Shanghai Hongqiao Airport Terminal 1

Location: Shanghai

Hongqiao International Airport is located in the west of Shanghai and echoes with Pudong International Airport. It is one of the important air transportation hubs in East China. Now through demolition, new, transformation of three measures to carry out a comprehensive reconstruction of the terminal building.

To function, space, comfort, humanized green lighting space for the purpose; Different lighting effects are designed for each area by analyzing different perspectives and experiences.

In the aspect of artistic creativity: full use of various lighting means to show the internal space and external image of the building, highlighting the characteristics of the building environment; To save energy: according to the special requirements of airport construction and according to the characteristics of the large space building to configure a reasonable lighting lamps and lanterns and light source, with a combination of direct lighting with indirect lighting, in meet the demand of function and art two aspects at the same time, the differentiation of decorate, the optimization of layout, control load, reduce the energy consumption.

ICBC Shanghai Intra-city Data Center Project

Location: Shanghai

The project is located in the north of Jiading Industrial Park, Shanghai. Floor Area :78,425.2㎡.

LSA worked closely with the architects and interior designers on this project. According to the use of different space needs, with light to cooperate with it, and the application of energy-saving light sources such as LED, in order to reduce energy consumption, reflects the concept of green lighting.

CMB Credit Card Center Building

Location: Shanghai

The project is located in Plot 16, Zhangjiang Bank Card Industrial Park, Pudong New District, Shanghai. Floor Area :101800m2 Floor Area: 122,160m2 This project has a total of 6 floors and a green area of 44420㎡.

Sanya Haitangwan International Shopping Center

Project location: Sanya

Sanya Haitangwan International Shopping Center was built by Dadonghai Shop, a duty-free shop in Sanya City, China ExemptionGroup, on September 1, 2014. After the operation of Sanya Haitangwan International Shopping Center, the number of shoppersand sales of duty-free goods will increase accordingly due to the large increase of business area and international brands.

Jinfeng International Tower

Location: Suzhou

The project is located in Suzhou Science and Technology City, north of Taihu Avenue. Taihu Avenue is the main road from Shanghai to Suzhou. The project buildings echo the other buildings on the opposite side of Taihu Avenue, like the gateway of Suzhou. The building consists of two 110m tall 23-storey towers, a podium and a wing building. The connecting corridor frame is provided between the towers. In the design process of this project.

LSA considered the architect's design concept and the geographical significance of the building, innovatively adopted the curtain wall facade lighting scheme combining traditional floodlight and floor light, and adopted the intelligent lighting control solution to realize the controllable light transmission inside the random bright layer.

Beijing CBD Core Area Z4 Bloc

Location: Beijing

The project site is located in Block Z4, the CBD core area of Guanghua Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, reaching Jinhe Road in the east, Block Z-6 in the south, Block Z-3 in the west, and Jinghui Road in the north. Floor area: about 10,300 ㎡.

The floodlight design of the project adopts simple and efficient lighting arrangement, which not only meets the needs of floodlight effect of the building itself, but also makes the project occupy a harmonious and unified position in the overall night view of CBD area from a macro point of view.
