The planning is base on spatial organization, the building group is base on a simple and powerful graphic layout. The elliptical central park is a special space. The swimming pool, waterside pavilion, hydrotherapy pool and the attic pavilions are along with axle wire of the central park, to make clear spatial relationship. And the axle wire of this site is risen from entrance landscape, and extending to the whole site.

Sea view is one important advantage of this project, Designing the layout is based on the building orientation and sea view. Therefore, most of the flats have good sea view. In the whole planning layout, high building with low density guarantees the environment quality and create diversified public space. This is benefit for healthy human life and human communication to create harmonious society in the community.
