Lotus is the symbol of Xuchang city. Therefore, the design conception is base on the lotus. The layout is mainly designed as modern and concise style. The symmetry and annulus are the main layout on the graphic. And there is no special design on the back of the building to show the right side of Art Center for the surrounding building. At the same time, a land mark with suitable height can be seen on the end of axle wire. The petal of the lotus is designed as the annex of main building, and has different function.
